We aim to balance collector-friendly service with realistic timeframes and clear communication.
All orders are shipped from within Australia. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
For in-stock items, our typical processing time is 1–2 business days from payment confirmation. During busy releases or holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier used. Any estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are a guide only.
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, it’s in their network. If your tracking shows a long delay, contact us and we’ll help lodge an enquiry where possible.
Returns & cancellations
We’re collectors too, so we take issues seriously and try to handle them fairly and quickly.
Because many items are limited or allocation-based, we may not be able to accept change-of-mind returns on every order. If you’d like to request one, contact us within a reasonable time from receiving your parcel and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Where a change-of-mind return is approved, items must be unopened, in the same condition you received them and safely packed for the trip back. Return shipping is usually at the buyer’s cost.
If something arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as you can with clear photos of the packaging and item. This helps us work out what happened and how to fix it.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement (if available), a partial refund, or a full refund in line with Australian consumer law.
If you need to update your address or cancel an order, contact us quickly using your order number. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Mass-produced models and packaging often have minor imperfections from the factory. We treat major issues (large creases, cracks, missing pieces) as faults, but light shelf-wear or small paint variances are usually considered within normal tolerances.
Payments, security & privacy
We use trusted payment providers and keep customer data to the minimum needed to run the store.
Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. We don’t store your full card number on our servers. Any wallet or express checkout options share only the details needed to fulfil your order.
Prices on the site are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable Australian taxes where required. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees charged by their local customs authority.
We only use your contact details to fulfil orders, send important updates and, if you opt in, share news about new drops and releases. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
